At Good Work Collective, we believe in collective power. That’s why we partner with nonprofit allies, small business champions, and national organizations who are ready to roll up their sleeves and build something transformational—together.

We’re creating trauma-informed, wraparound programming for people impacted by the justice system, foster care, and systemic inequity. But we can’t do it alone. Your services, space, skills, and support can be the difference between someone surviving—and someone thriving.

Who We're Looking For:

Nonprofits offering services like housing, mental health, recovery, family support, or financial coaching

Local businesses interested in hiring, mentoring, or donating resources or services

National brands and orgs that want to share tools, tech, funding, training, or awareness on a larger scale

Whether you offer therapy, tattoo removal, job placement, entrepreneurship classes, or fresh produce—if it can help our participants move forward, we want to work with you.

Why It Matters:

Our programs don’t stop at job training. We believe in whole-person support, and that takes a robust network of changemakers. The stronger our partnerships, the stronger our impact.
