Foster to Fly is built for young adults aging out of foster care—because turning 18 shouldn’t mean being turned loose.

This 9-12 month paid program offers more than a lifeline; it’s a launchpad. Participants get hands-on work experience, real wages, wraparound support, and the kind of guidance that should’ve been there all along.

We’re not here to “fix” foster youth. We’re here to bridge the gap between survival and success.

Through job training, financial education, digital literacy, mentorship, and leadership development, participants learn to navigate adult life with confidence and community. From housing insecurity to employment barriers, we tackle the real issues—without judgment and without delay.

Because they don’t need pity. They need a platform.
