Inside the New Settlement House, our Café and Ghost Kitchen serve up more than meals—they serve opportunity. The Café offers affordable, homemade food for the neighborhood, with a rotating menu of comfort classics, fresh baked goods, and dishes created by graduates of our workforce programs.

It’s a space where neighbors can gather, eat well, and feel seen.

The Ghost Kitchen operates behind the scenes—quietly powering takeout and delivery-only concepts run by our program participants, culinary entrepreneurs, and established local restaurants. By partnering with existing food brands, we’re creating a unique ecosystem where legacy meets new talent, and mentorship happens over mise en place.

Both spaces double as real-world training grounds for individuals in our Gangsta to Genius and Foster to Fly programs. Participants earn a paycheck while gaining kitchen skills, customer service experience, and the confidence to launch their own ventures.

Every plate supports a bigger purpose: economic mobility, food access, and community ownership.
