Gangsta to Genius is a 9-12 month, paid workforce development and leadership program designed for individuals impacted by the justice system. But it’s more than a job readiness course—it’s a radical investment in people who’ve been written off by systems, not by potential.

Participants gain hands-on experience in real-world work environments—like our Café, Ghost Kitchen, and Community Commissary—while also receiving trauma-informed support, training in financial literacy, digital skills, conflict resolution, and leadership and continued wraparound services.

It’s a space where second chances aren’t just talked about—they’re created. We don’t just prepare people to get a job. We help them build a life. One where they’re seen, supported, and equipped to lead.
